Applicable repairs carry a 12-month parts & labour warranty. Here's what that covers, and how to make a claim if you ever need to.
Our 12-month parts & labour warranty covers the specific repair carried out, including:
The warranty doesn't cover: faults unrelated to the repair carried out; normal wear and tear on components that weren't part of the repair; damage caused by continuing to drive the vehicle with a known or suspected fault after we've advised against it; damage caused by driver error, misuse, an accident, or by work carried out by anyone other than us after our repair; or failure of parts supplied by the customer rather than fitted by us. Cover applies to the original owner at the time of repair and doesn't automatically transfer if the vehicle is sold, unless agreed with us in writing.
If you believe a fault has developed that's covered by your warranty, contact us as soon as possible with your registration, invoice or job reference, and a description of the issue — please avoid continuing to drive the vehicle if you suspect the fault could cause further damage. We'll arrange to inspect the vehicle free of charge before agreeing any further work, and will confirm next steps with you.
Contact Us About A Warranty ClaimThis warranty is in addition to, and doesn't affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full written terms are also provided at the time of booking.
